Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue.
We'll assess the problem and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, repair or refund.
Change of Mind
PawCruise does not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Please read each product description carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we're happy to help.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
